You can choose from two types of villas – simplexes and duplexes, each about 6,760 sq. ft in size. The simplexes are located in the 2nd and 3rd rows of the development on massive 12,400 sq. ft plots. The duplexes are situated in the 4th row, with plot sizes starting from 7,211 sq. ft. The residences are spaced 16.4 ft apart, ensuring unobstructed bay views for all.

In March 2024, the developer released just four exclusive 4-bedroom duplex villas. The size of the property is 6,801 sq. ft.
